Who We Are
First Class Yacht Services was founded by Michał Bozacki and Anna Lemańczyk – partners in both life and business. Together with a team of specialists in the fields of sailing, law, accounting and commerce, we combine our knowledge and commitment to provide reliable support of the highest standard.
The name, originally suggested by our accountant, perfectly captures our vision: to introduce ‘first-class’ standards to every aspect of yacht management. Our journey began in Poland, where we laid the foundations for comprehensive yacht management. Moving to Majorca gave us the opportunity to expand and deepen our specialist knowledge.
Today, we work with yacht and superyacht owners and crews, offering tailored solutions that simplify operations, support the crew, and raise the standard of cooperation across every marina we serve.
Michał Bozacki
Michał has been involved in sailing since early childhood, competing in inland and sea regattas and gaining extensive knowledge of yacht construction, crew work, and team organization.
Working on private yachts inspired him to establish a company in 2011 that provides technical support for vessels in Poland. By introducing new service standards, he built one of the leading companies in the country specializing in maintenance and guardianage.
Since 2018, he has been developing his business in Majorca, offering premium yacht services based on the “sailor to sailor” principle.
Anna Lemańczyk
Anna began her adventure with sailing in 2016. Initially she accompanied Michał during dinghy racing regattas and gradually became more involved in recreational and professional sailing.
Before entering the maritime industry she worked for ten years as an inspector at the Tax Inspection Office, specializing in VAT issues.
At First Class Yacht Services she manages office operations, communication with marinas and subcontractors, and coordinates work on yachts so that every project runs smoothly.
Xavier Jaume Mascarós
Xavier is a lawyer specialized in maritime and real estate law, with extensive experience in yacht transactions, ownership structures, and regulatory compliance.
At Sbert & Jaume, he leads legal operations related to vessel transactions, from due diligence and contract drafting to completion and registration.
He is known for combining legal precision with a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring clear and reliable guidance.
